My home organization quest is still going strong, but we've been so busy lately I haven't picked a new project to tackle.
With the weather hopefully turning warmer in March and April I think I'm going to do a closet re-fresh when we store our winter clothes. It's always good to edit your closet every couple of months. Has anyone else noticed that it really depends on your mood when you're going through your closet? If I'm feeling extra sentimental, there's no way I'll put stuff in the donation pile... I just can't do it! I always think, one day I'll need or use that... It's just waiting for the perfect event.
So that's the plan. Closet edit coming soon! Fingers crossed I'm tough and actually put stuff in the donate pile!

Friday Favorites - Accessory Game
I'm always trying to up my accessories game. Throwing on a great necklace or fun earrings can really elevate an outfit. Just taking a minute or two to put on a bracelet or necklace can take an otherwise boring outfit and make it something you're proud of. Here are some accessories I'm loving right now.
Links! earrings, silver and blue bracelet, gold bangles, necklace

Back at it
Since running the New York City Marathon in November I've been a bit lazy with my workouts. As the weeks progressed after the race I felt I was getting farther and farther away from my fitness goals.
This month I finally got back 'on the horse'.I signed up for two races. A 5k (3.1 miles) and a 10K (6.2 miles). So far my training has been going well and I'm feeling great. It really is true what they say - the hardest part is getting out the door. I had forgotten how awesome endorphins are!
Maybe I'll sign up for another marathon... who knows! Right now I'm just happy to be back running :)
