To really get my butt back in to shape I signed up for some personal training sessions at my gym!
And today is the first session! I'm a little nervous.
Running is no problem. But weights, lunges and body weight exercises... I'm not so great at. I have little weak baby arms! I wanted to start slow, so I started with 30 minute sessions. Just enough time to get my butt kicked, but still be able to walk the next day :)
I'll make sure to let you know what it goes.
I think this is the perfect way to start the week and almost a new month!
