This past weekend was a whirlwind. Long weekends are always so nice, but also so hard to get back into the swing of things once the work week begins.
It was VERY difficult to get up this morning...
Ryan and I had a
blast at the O.A.R concert in Atlantic City. It was nice to have a
little getaway together. We haven't been on vacation since our wedding,
so this weekend was much needed - even if we did just stay overnight about two hours from our apartment!
We celebrated Valentine's Day on Saturday. No gifts. No cards. Our 'gift' t
o each other was the concert and a nice dinner beforehand. I like the idea of planning 'experiences' rather than giving gifts. That way you make a fun memory together.
